770: How to Leverage Where You Are to Get to Where You Want to Go
Today I want to talk about where you’re going; whether you know what that looks like or not. I know that for many of you, you may not even be sure where you want to go and that’s okay! It’s really easy to overlook the value of your past experiences but you are, in essence, a cumulation of them and they can be so valuable in shaping where you want to go. I know a lot of you may not know the answer and that is okay! It’s not about knowing the answer, it’s about using this as a jumping-off point. Even all the previous jobs you’ve ever had shape the business you have today! The real question now is how does your past inform where you’re going? These moments and experiences, big or small, can have a huge impact on what you want to do next. So how do we leverage it? It’s important to point out that this is not about speed but rather about pace!
