#065: Managing a Global Team
Hiring a team can not only skyrocket your efficiency, minimize your stress, and up your sales like crazy, but it can also make your business a whole lot more fun for you. It’s amazing what happens when you can call people a part of your team. All of a sudden, your perspective on your business completely shifts, your bottom line increases, and you feel like more of a ‘business owner’ than a drowning entrepreneur.
