Kat Lieu is the founder of Subtle Asian Baking, group that she created in 2020 from the pandemic and it's become a global community! Not only has it caught on like wildfire, but it's also now an upcoming book, Modern Asian Baking! Subtle Asian Baking has a global community that has over 300k followers across all social media, and a reach of over 10M a month. Subtle Asian Baking invites all to learn and be inspired to bake the Asian way. Subtle Asian Baking also hosts remote bake-offs and bake sale fundraisers to help #stopasianhate and recently to help the people of Ukraine. SAB has been featured on Eater, Patch, and King5. SAB continues to be the largest Asian Baking community that is purpose and mission-driven.
