In this episode Cam provides us with a different spin on topics from the book as he gives us insight into his experiences playing football & now coaching at the academy level. The past few years have unfortunately given us some tragic stories about ex-academy players who have tried to, or committed suicide & Cam's twitter and Instagram account @_InsideTheMind1 gives some really raw and in depth stories from players who have experienced the academy environment. Each story is different but there are some common themes from what Cam posts and it is well worth checking it out and helping him spread awareness of the difficulties that these young people face. We explore team, club and some organisational identity in this podcast and we really hope that you enjoy it; there's so much to take from this and we thank Cam for giving up his time to come and spread the word on a topic that is so relevant right now and needs more attention. 3WM
