EP03: Why you don't need to meditate..
You can access your true nature - the part of you that is always calm, content, peaceful and joyful WITHOUT meditating. This is coming from someone who was a mediation teacher for years by the way! Meditation is a useful tool. However, we can become dependent on it to connect to the part of us that is available 24/7. And when we're dependent on it, and we don't get our meditation in for the day, we don't feel good. A couple years ago if I missed my morning meditation practice, it would throw my whole day into haywire. But now I see that my true nature is always available, whether I choose to meditate or not. And it's immensley more powerful to connect to that space, my true nature of calm, content, peace and joy, during the day when I'm out living my life. In this episode I'll share what you can do to connect to your inner contentment instead of meditating.
