In today's show, Tony is delighted to be joined on the virtual sofa by Alice Mellor. Unlike many people operating within the Transformation space, Alice's career has been focused on just one sector of industry, Financial Services. However, as she will explain, this hasn't in any way reduced the variety of the programmes she has led and been involved in. Having started my career in FS, I can fully appreciate the full spectrum of opportunities the sector has presented to her. I was particularly interested to hear about how she handled the different cultures that she has found in the various organisations, especially her experience of being taken over by a larger 'player' I'm sure that you will find the show highly informative.
