The Medical Evidence

In this episode we hear about expert medical evidence which says that Jozef Puska was not under the influence of any drugs when he made his alleged confession on 14 January, two days after Ashling was killed. Emeritus Professor Michael Ryan of University College Dublin also pointed out that the abdominal surgery which Puska underwent on the previous day was not ‘major surgery’ but was a keyhole diagnostic procedure.
