17. Triathlon Moving Forward - What's Next?
Today on the podcast we caught up on a busy week that has occurred on the triathlon scene from the Super League Arena Games and French Grand Prix racing to the announcement of WTS Hamburg being turned into the overall World Championship title decider and the widespread opinion of that decision from athletes themselves via their social media. We then moved onto longer distance racing that is taking place this weekend with Challenge Davos - the first big 70.3 to go ahead for a long time as well as Helvellyn Triathlon that has attracted some of the UK's biggest long distance athletes including Olympic Triathlon Champion Alistair Brownlee. We finalised this with how the PTO investing money into these races and the athletes helps keep the sport alive in these unusual times.
