How To FIND PURPOSE After Trauma

Yonason Goldson talks about dealing with pain, the power of kindness, and the importance of communication.   Yonason was 10 years old when his mother contracted a rare blood disease. Only one doctor refused to give up and not let her die; and he succeeded in saving her life after 2 months in hospital. Yonason discusses the impact his parents actions had on him when he was a child, and how being raised by the "Greatest Generation" affected his outlook on the world. Yonason is a Jewish Rabbi who rebuilt his confidence, overcame his suicidal thoughts, reimagined his identity and escaped the 'norm'. He has empowered  his followers to connect with one another as a means to overcome life's challenges, and in the process become stronger as individuals and a community.  To pick up your copy of Yonasons book click here: https://www.yonasongoldson.com If you want to learn the EQ skills Yonason uses to connect with others in a meaningful and constructive way, then sign up for our Emotional Intelligence course here: https://eqacademy.teddysinc.com/courses/eq-foundation-course-for-coaches-tutors-and-educators
