I got Over My Depression while Helping my Son deal with his Anxiety

Hayley Wheeler opens up about having a child with anxiety, and how she taught her child to understand and deal with anxiety. She discussed how she noticed her son attaching emotions to past events, and explains how she taught him to let them go. Her son no longer has panic attacks and is living a with much less anxiety.  Hayley tells Deborah how she pulled herself out of her depression, without medication!  She also opens up about her depression and how she learnt to appreciate who she is.
