Inside the Mind of an Addict

Leigh Weltman opens up to Deborah McPhilemy about her battle with depression and addiction. Leigh weighs in on the importance of raising emotionally intelligent children and how emotional intelligence helped her deal with her addiction.   Once Leigh started to believe that she was capable of anything she began to heal. The biggest reason for suffering is not allowing yourself to be yourself. Leigh feels like she is still unable to be herself, but she is more herself than she has ever been before. She is in the process of being herself by herself.
