Stop Thinking Ahead

On this episode of The Daily EQ Show Deborah McPhilemy interviews David Pope about male emotion, and living up to his parents standards. David opens up about how his upbringing exacerbated his anxiety and depression from the age of 6. Children who feel anxiety and depression often do not know how to deal with these emotions. David believes that if his teachers had simply asked "how can I be there for you?" he would have been able to better deal with his anxiety and depression. David shares what has helped him get through his anxiety and how he hopes to help others.  To contact David and find out about his course you can visit www.healyourgrief.co.uk  If you suffer from anxiety, fear or depression then please reach out on www.eqforall.org.
