Why I No Longer FEAR Death!

Jon Boyes discusses how Emotional Intelligence helped him overcome his fear of dying. He had a heart attack at 65 and developed an acute awareness for life, and the importance of living without fear.   Jon explains how we need to differentiate between feelings and reality in order to live without fear. Anxiety is a result of fear, and we can only overcome anxiety by letting go and living consciously. We need to accept that thoughts let feelings  in, and then we need to let those feelings out.
