Trump-Putin talks leave Europe in 'a pre-war era'

Well, he promised it and now he seems to be well on the way to delivering. Donald Trump held a phone call with Russia's Vladimir Putin and agreed to begin negotiations to end the war in Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelenskyy is due to meet with the US Defence Secretary and Vice President this week.But is Moscow the real winner here?
