Raza Shaikh is the Managing Director of Launchpad Venture Group, an angel investor, and host of the On Boards Podcast.He came to the U.S. as an immigrant from Pakistan and started off in consulting. He quickly got bored and joined a couple of startups and has been a part of this fast-paced world ever since. He is the founder of Kendall Square Labs, a company specializing in mobile applications, which was acquired by NorthBay Solutions, a company that he co-founded which today has over 350 employees.
