On this episode of the podcast, Julie talks about judgement of others and self-judgment.   Humans have a tendency to judge other's behavior and this can have a positive effect in keeping us safe from harm or learning something new from us observing other people's actions.  When we become generally negative about others because we are in the habit of judgment, it may turn to self-judgment and feelings of inadequacy.  Learning about yourself and how you judge others will help you be more open to compassion and acceptance.  Letting go of self-judgment will lower your stress and anxiety and help you to love your life again.
