Tue Nguyen is a Vietnamese chef and content creator (@twaydabae) who has quickly become a breakout star in the digital space featured in publications such as Bon Appetit, People, Vice, Elle, ABC News, LA Times, Paper Mag and many more. Her restaurant, ĐiĐi, opened July 2023 in West Hollywood in partnership with the world renowned Hospitality company, HWood Group. Her culinary skills have also been showcased through many sold-out popups that include Family Style Festival, Open Market, ComplexCon, Kogi Truck, Madame Vo in New York City, and more! Tue can also be seen as the host of People Magazine's first digital food show, “Celeb Eats", and Buzzfeed Tasty's "Making it Big".
