Whole Horse | Working with the equine brain and nervous system with Sarah Schlote

So awesome to have Sarah Schlote, founder of EQUUSOMA™ and now EQUUSCIENCE, is back on the podcast! In this incredible follow-up episode (check out Episode 21 for an intro to her work), Sarah shares about her upcoming collaboration with Dr. Stephen Peters, her recent learning about the function and structure of the equine brain and how understanding these differences impacts our training and interactions with our horses, how to increase vagal tone for a more balanced autonomic system and much more. It's always a pleasure to geek out with Sarah and I hope you enjoy our conversation as much as I did!  Sarah Schlote, MA, RP, CCC, SEP is a Registered Psychotherapist, trauma therapist and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner who has been involved in the field of animal-assisted interventions since 2003.
