45 - Who Are You?

If you were to have a framework that could help you live a healthy, happy, life... would that be valuable to you? In this episode I share a (very positive) experience of my first ever blood donation with Canadian Blood Services, because my experience allowed me to weave together the perfect way of describing a really helpful approach to living and life!
