Personality and Tai Chi

We'd like thank Zack Hemsey for graciously offering the use of his music for this podcast; you can find his music here: http://music.zackhemsey.com   Sifu Lawrence Hill speaks about living your personality and what that means.  Most of us go through our days "acting" a personality that isn't true to our core values; Sifu expresses his views on how to get closer to that authentic self.  Tai Chi is meant to become a part of us and when we practice it, it is designed to help us understand our own movement and by virtue of that each of our individual personalities.  Eventually Tai Chi should be in everything that we do and the same goes for our personality: it shouldn't change based on where we find ourselves or who we are with.
