Tadhg Kennelly (former Sydney Swan) and David Eccles are two great blokes, doing great work supporting other blokes to prioritise their mental and emotional health (for their benefit, and their family), with a very hands-on, practical and personal approach, through the amazing community they've created called ‘WNOW' (When No One is Watching). What started as one Mate supporting another through a rough patch, has turned into an inspiring and powerful movement, consisting of 25 chapters in multiple countries (and expanding rapidly) and when I said "two great blokes", I genuinely meant it.
