Veteran cop Elliot Stabler and his rookie partner Olivia Benson, along with a squad room of crazy characters, investigate the murder of a cabbie who got his junk cut off. But they soon discover the victim might be a war criminal accused of raping dozens of women.  We're talking about SVU season 1 episode 1 Payback.
