This week we sit down with Sade Johnsen to hear how she understands and tackles Mental Health as a student of psychology. In this episode Sade shares how she utilizes her theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge and spirituals rituals as coping mechanisms in her own life. We learn about some of the challenges that Black therapist face in Denmark when it comes to practicing psychology due  the structural systems in institutions that do not favor them.
