She is the award-winning author of The Alternative Autoimmune Cookbook, co-author of The Autoimmune Wellness Handbook, and co-host of The Autoimmune Podcast with Mickey. She is the creator of the SAD to AIP in SIX, The Living Well Collective and have lead thousands through their progress through the Autoimmune Protocol.
