Moving through our Emotions
In this episode I discuss the importance of feeling, expressing and ultimately releasing our emotions. I identify the five main emotions in Chinese medicine: 1. Worry and Overthinking 2. Anger and Frustration 3. Sadness and Grief 4. Overexcitement and Lack of Joy 5. Fear and Shock. I reveal ways in which we can move through and release each of these emotions from the body to prevent the issues that come with emotional suppression and stagnation.
