the power of routine

in my mental health and work journey there's been so much pressure to develop an intense routine. Even when I look on social media for inspiration, I see influencers who have these crazy routines that involve waking up at 4am to make breakfast and meditate. That's not me at all. Releasing that pressure and developing my own routine that works for me and my body has been essential in growing through these crazy times with an unpredictable career path. last week I veered away from my routine and hit a depressive low, and realized just how much my routine means to me today.
