Tate McRae is a Canadian singer, dancer, and actress, born on July 1, 2003. She first gained recognition at the age of thirteen as the first Canadian finalist on the American reality TV show "So You Think You Can Dance." McRae rose to prominence in 2019 when her 2017 song "One Day" went viral on YouTube and TikTok, leading to her signing with RCA Records and the release of her debut extended play (EP) "All the Things I Never Said" in 2020. Her single "You Broke Me First" became an international hit, and she was the youngest musician featured on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in 2021. Her second EP, "Too Young to Be Sad," was the most streamed female EP of 2021 on Spotify. McRae's debut studio album, "I Used to Think I Could Fly," released in 2022, received positive reviews and chart success.
