a different approach to setting new year's resolutions

In this episode, we talk all things New Year’s resolutions. I’ve found this to be a somewhat controversial topic, with many weighing in on their attitudes towards setting resolutions at the end of the year. For me, this is a process that brings me joy, inspiration, and excitement for the year ahead. That said, in this episode I talk about some of the more harmful impacts of the pressure to self-improve and create long lists of the things we need to “fix” about ourselves.I offer an alternative approach that is more rooted in reconnecting with and honouring yourself and is deeply personal to your authenticity. I also share some of the things I am thinking about going into the New Year.If you liked this episode, then please leave us a review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
