Joppe Quaedvlieg is a communications specialist based in Helsinki. He invented a tool to help people dig up from their heart and soul why you do what you do. Joppe calls this tool Descriptive Communication. It is a new method to streamline your approach to assigning tasks, removing guess work, and creating clear strategies – all based on firmly visualizing your goals before taking action. Descriptive Communication is the main tool behind his company called Artiqula which helps companies to re-engage disengaged employees. What is descriptive communication? Descriptive communication is a very simple tool to help the narrator, the storyteller, to tell a story. It involves elaborating on experiences and feelings to create meaningful connections and engagement.
