Andy is the Head of Pathway Coaching at Somerset CCC and has worked with the county for 8 years. He started his coaching journey as an 18 year old in club cricket and saw a means to get into the pro game via Performance Analysis which he did successfully with Notts first before moving to Taunton. Andy has always had an interest in the people side of coaching and has always been proactive in building connections to broaden his network and experience.
