Tom is a second year undergraduate University student at the Uni of Worcester and yet he has already started his own cricket coaching company called Vortex; he has already worked in county age group coaching with Herefordshire; and he has already established a base from which he can coach 121 at a club. How has he done this? Simply put, Tom has achieved this by approaching decision makers and talking to them about what he can offer and how this will help others.
