Grit, dead rabbits & poop! Barefoot runner Anna McNuff went through it all, find out how & why!

Fantastic to talk to barefoot runner Anna McNuff - she ran 2,352 miles (90 marathons!) across Britain in 2019. I do have a confession to make in that I rarely enjoy reading books about someone running a long way or conquering some kind of hard as nails running challenge (I'd much rather be out on a run myself!) but I make an exception for Anna's books as they're so well written, engaging and hilarious I can't put them down. This Barefoot Britain run in particular is also much more about one person completing a challenge and so much about inspiring others along the way including the people she ran with and the Brownies and Girl Guides she gave talks to. I love her zest for life, made up words, beautiful descriptions and honesty about situations and feelings that come with a huge challenge like this. I'm a massive fan, and I hope you enjoy her book as much as I did - link below! Barefoot Britain book by Anna McNuffhttps://amzn.to/3GBbjKH The Pants of Perspective book by Anna McNuff about running the length of New Zealandhttps://amzn.to/3IiqHwE My book, The Ultimate Trail Running Handbook https://amzn.to/3jgKvTyPlease like and subscribe here on YouTube https://linktr.ee/ClaireWGRFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/wildgingerrunning/Support me on Patreon https://www.patreon.com/WildGingerRunningMeet me at Nene Valley trail races https://nenevalleyraces.wordpress.com/ Fancy a show without ads?
