3 things when planning hybrid training

Most trainers and facilitators are used to running onsite workshops and programs, right?   But have you delivered hybrid training and facilitation yet?   You have people on site and people offsite - at the same time!   I had 8 Senior Leaders onsite in a hotel conference room today.   But one person was dialling in remotely.   So that made me reflect on what each audience took away from the training.   Hybrid is hear to stay so it’s important that we do our best to create EQE (Equality of Experience)!   In today’s episode, let’s look at 3 things to consider when planning hybrid training!
