How well do people know you? How well your clients know you? How well do you know and understand yourself?   Personality testing or psychometric evaluation is frequently used as a tool by organisations to assess the qualities and capabilities of their people.If you think about it, the most complex and effective investment any business can make is the investment it makes in its people.  Increasingly, many of your clients are using tools like Discovery Insights, MBTI and 16P to help better manage people and identify leaders in their business.  Helping people to be more self-aware and able to navigate the complexities of working with, managing and leading others is crucial.
