Today we're joined by Andy Castell, a YouTuber who goes by the name of AJ3 and has built his channel to over 1.5 million subscribers. Andy has travelled a lot through work, visiting cities such as Amsterdam, Cologne and Los Angeles to create content but explains why he doesn't always get to enjoy the sights. Outside of work he loves seeking adventure when going away, explaining why he loves skiing and the YouTuber he would take with him to go rock climbing in Yosemite, California.We also covered the role food plays in his trips abroad, some of the best restaurants he has eaten in from Michelin star fine-dining in Paris to New York's best-kept secret burger bars.
