How To Tell Emotional Stories

I believe the big verdicts I’ve won over the years for my clients were a direct result of sharing true facts and the evidence, in the form of well told emotional stories during trial. What do I mean by this? My goal from jury selection and opening statement, to closing argument, is to share a story that our jury would want to tell again and again. Not just during jury deliberations, but for the rest of their lives. I know, that’s a pretty high bar to set, but here’s the deal. If you want a million dollar result in court or, outside the courtroom via a million dollar order of your products or services, then you need to put in the time to present a million dollar case, sales pitch and related emotional story.
