After my first session with my eating disorder dietitian I’m feeling positive, relieved and motivated to find some solutions identifying what my triggers/ symptoms are. With hope that one day I will be in control, have a better relationship with food with better understanding. Brief catch up on my week and how I’m using the filter method to maintain a better day with less overloading or negatives setting in. Love ❤️
