Ep138 - Nikki Forrest and Katelyn Markham

We're bringing you two unsolved cases close to home for us in this episode of True Crime All The Time Unsolved. In 2010, 19-year-old Nikki Lyn Forrest was four months pregnant when she disappeared from Troy, Ohio. Nikki had told some friends and family that she was thinking about picking up and moving. But, Nikki didn't pick up her paycheck at work and her purse was found by a couple out walking. These were things police felt no one would have willingly left behind. In 2011, Katelyn Markham, of Fairfield, Ohio, never showed up for her shift at the bridal shop where she worked. She had many exciting things happening in her life at the time; she was getting ready to graduate from art school and was set to marry her fiancee. A year and a half later, Katelyn's remains were found about a year and a half later in a field in Indiana. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss these two mysterious unsolved cases. Nikki was last seen getting into a blue sedan. Katelyn was last seen by her fiancee, who, it turned out was acquainted with a man named Michel Strouse who has been arrested for killing a 23-year-old woman named Ellie Weik.
