Harry and Virginia Piper had it all, a loving marriage, plenty of money, and 3 great children. Harry was a wealthy financier. Ginny, as she was known to friends, was heavily into philanthropic endeavors. Their lives were shattered on July 27, 1972, when two armed men kidnapped Ginny from their Minnesota mansion. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the kidnapping of Virginia Piper, what was called by the FBI at the time the most successful kidnapping ever pulled off. Her abductors demanded 1 million dollars and Harry was willing to do anything to get his wife back safely.
