Jim and his brother Michael start a band and the dream was to become Rock Stars. As chance would have it they begin to start to sell clothing in their own Boutique Shop in Birmingham. While involved in the fashion side of the business early on, they are approached by promoters who are selling tickets for Rave Events. The Ryan brothers start selling tickets to these huge events which spark the idea for them to begin putting events on as well.
