Find Nicole Carter at www.healthywithnicole.com Find Erika Smith at www.keepinitrealcoaching.com Find Anais on Instangram at @cookwithanais or www.cookwithanais.podia.com Welcome back everyone! We’re doing something a little different today. Today we have a guest on our podcast today and we are super excited to share this with each and everyone of you. Part of our journey in this world, for both Nicole and I, is being able to be a mother. We each have two children and they are all in very different stages of life. Our guest today shares this trait as she is also a mother. As we go through this podcast my hope is that we learn a little bit more about how others are providing gut health knowledge and benefits to our children and also to give the listeners the opportunity to listen in on different approaches to this to determine how you want to do it in your own household. One of the things I ponder is as parents, do we hold a duty to our children to give them the best opportunity at life not only on an educational basis but more so giving them their best health. Because what are they without good health but a burden to society with a shortened lifespan and limited ability to achieve their own personal greatness. Without further a do… Today’s guess is named Anais. Anais is of Mexican and Cuban descent, she is married, has three children; two of which are twins. Although her pregnancies were so close together I consider them triplets. 😆 She is an amazing cook who follows the Dr.Steven Gundry principles. And offers courses on basics of cooking with an emphasis on intuitive cooking. So welcome Anais, we are so happy to have you join us today. “HIDDEN QUESTIONS”: We talk a lot about stress and how important it is to find your happy, so. What makes you laugh uncontrollably? Do you feel your your heritage affects the way you look/treat food? I would like to start by asking you how did you end up here, eating an anti-inflammatory diet with a focus on eliminating lectins? What were the three major changes you made to accommodate this lifestyle change? How did your immediate family react to the changes? How did your extended family and friends react to the changes? What made you stick with these changes? What does a typical food day look like for you? What has been the best “thing” you have gotten out of the changes you have made? What is the one advice you want to leave our listeners with? Where can our audience connect with you? So now that you know where you can find her I think we should announce that new will be doing an IG cooking live next week? If you have any requests as to what you want us to cook please leave it as a comment or DM us.
