14. TRAININGS SCHEDULE AND RECOVERY

in this episode we talk about our new trainings schedule as well as the topic of recovery. in preparation for our Half-Ironman event we switched our trainings focus away from running towards swimming (by far our weakest discipline). besides these three swims a week we train a weekly average of ten hours with six trainings days and one rest/recovery day. for the topic of recovery we lay out some active and passive methods to boost your rest days and prevent injuries. thanks for tuning in and as always don't hesitate to share your questions, feedback and topic requests through our "tryguyspodcast" Instagram account.
