19. NEW TRAININGS SCHEDULE

as we announced in the previous episode we set up a new trainings schedule for the upcoming Ironman 70.3 in Erkner. this plan differs a lot from the schedules before, because the new plan focuses on a changing weekly trainings load in preparation for the race instead of an inflexible weekday based plan. as always reach out to us with questions and/or feedback on @tryguyspodcast on Instagram; we are more than happy to address your issues!
