Turning 30 and How to Hack Time Ft. Vikki Louise

I have invited back the first ever Turning 30 Podcast guest and my good friend Vikki Louise for a very important and unique episode all about how to hack time. Vikki is a feminist time coach, and she works with clients to help them achieve more in their lives, without time being a limiting factor. Originally working in the corporate world in her twenties, Vikki went from hustling with 80 hour work weeks, to creating a 15 hour work week for herself. Being a thought leader in this area, Vikki has developed her own theories and methods around how to hack time that you most likely have never heard of before, and in this episode she is sharing them with me. We discuss the outdated time concepts and rules that we have been conditioned to believe and talk about why these no longer apply (spoiler: Color-coding your to-do list isn’t the long-term fix) and we also offer practical tips for how to take back control of the way you perceive time If you ever tell yourself you are ‘too busy’, feel overwhelmed with your ‘to-do list, struggle with finding work:life balance (or any balance) or feel that in some way time is too short, then this episode is for you.   Vikki: Instagram: @feministimecoach Website: https://www.vikkilouise.com/ Emma: Instagram: @turning30coach Website: www.turning30coach.com
