Turning 30 and Re-writing Your 30 Manual

Our 30 Manual is a concept that I teach in my Coaching Program. It is an instruction manual that lays out a set of rules for how we believe our lives will look in our thirties. When we don’t meet these expectations, we often feel like we have ‘missed the boat’ or that we have been left behind from others. The truth is, these goals are fictitious and have been created (often subconsciously) by a younger version of ourselves, who unfortunately did not have a crystal ball to predict the twists and turns of our twenties.    Today’s Podcast episode takes a deep-dive into understanding everything about our 30 Manuals and it kicks off a special series of coaching episodes where I am sharing concepts that I use in my coaching program with my clients. In the episode I explain what a 30 Manual is, how it has been playing out in your life and then I outline my four-step guide for how to re-write it.
