Turning 30 and Realizing that Something Feels ’Off’ ft Jelena Holodkova

This episode is the first in a two-part special series with my previous podcast guest, friend, colleague and retreat co-host, Jelena Holodkova, and we are diving into a topic that I know so many of you struggle with: that feeling that you get that something isn’t quite right. You could say that you feel that something is ‘off’. This is what we call not being in Alignment. In this episode we dive into how to spot when something feels off and we share all of the different ‘symptoms’ and ways this may be showing up in your life, using personal examples and stories from times when we have experienced feeling off ourselves. By the end of this episode, you should have a deeper understanding of the ways that this feeling off is probably showing up in your behaviour.
