Turning 30 and The Solo Date Challenge

This week I am letting you in on a tool that I use with my clients, and that I have used myself over the past year!   It’s called the Solo Date Challenge and it requires your participation (who doesn’t love a bit of podcast homework?!)   Taking on this challenge is going to help you to build up your self-love, self-worth, confidence and independence.
