Turning 33 and Starting Again

This episode is the second instalment of my two part series where I am opening up and sharing my experience of going through huge life changes at the age of 33.   In the first episode (no.33) I share the details of my breakup and how this led to ‘breaking up with myself’ and building a brand new chapter that looked completely different to anything I had envisaged for my thirties. Which brings us to this episode. I was given the chance for a fresh start. An opportunity to be the architect of my own life and build something different than before. So how did I do it? In this episode I tell the full story of what unfolded after the breakup and leaving my full-time position, and how I used my own coaching concepts to get through some of the most difficult times in my life to come out the other side with a new reality. It wasn’t all sunshine and roses (as you will hear), but sometimes wiping your hands clean of things that aren’t serving you is what is necessary to make way for a much better life.   Processing my grief and the changes, coaching myself, choosing to believe, setting promises and goals, investing money into myself and not letting other people’s opinions hold me back are just some of the things I am sharing with you as part of my story.   Most importantly, I hope when you listen it will encourage you to believe that at any point, at any age, you can start again and take your life into your own hands.   Instagram: @turning30coach Wait List for the The Next Chapter group program: https://bit.ly/nextchapterwaitlist
