Amy (Giorgia Whigham) and Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) develop one of the photos of two young men embracing at a mutual friends funeral. With the photo in place Amy and Frank use it as bait to lure out the Russian billionaire Nikolai Poloznev (Dikran Tulaine) to confront him about his involvement in the events in Chicago.
After kidnapping Poloznev he reveals all about the Shultz’s pursuit to put their son - David Shultz (Todd Alan Crain) - into the White House and explains the photos were for blackmail and to control the closeted David Shultz and his ambitious parents.
Elsewhere, life begins to get intense again for Billy Russo (Ben Barnes) as his relationships with Dr. Dumont (Floriana Lima), a surprised Curtis Hoyle (Jason R. Moore) and his growing band of veterans become increasingly complicated.
Meanwhile, Dinah Madani (Amber Rose Revah)’s official story of events between Russo and her come under fire from Detective Sergeant Brett Mahoney (Royce Johnson) and she is paid a visit by the Pilgrim (Josh Stewart).
As events begin to collide, Dinah, Curtis and Frank come together to try and figure out what to do as the Pilgrim’s mission leads him to do something that Frank was unable to do - put a bullet in Poloznev.
