Victor Iancu leads the Business and Service Design practice of KPMG in Romania and Moldova. He is a serious UX design and strategy guru, a seasoned business strategist and advisory leader supporting private and public sector clients in an emerging economy for almost 20 years. He combines strategy tools, business & economic research with design thinking to successfully help clients identify new business opportunities, create and capture new sources of value and create new business models and ventures.
